Add rejected orders to strategy orders chart
Add grayscale icon effect
Upgrade Volume section in TMM
Change default strategy to SMO in Create Strategy panel
Set Always Passive default value as activated
<FIX> [Strategy Panels, ALO] Take Profit, Stop Loss have the same values as the price in the settings
<FIX> [Create Strategy] After resuming, all parameters are deactivated when changing the strategy
